We are searching for a skilled Home Automation Engineer who is well-versed in smart home technologies, particularly "Home Assistant" and "Alexa Skills." If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of automation, have experience with "Raspberry Pi," and possess a strong knack for R&D tasks and project management, this is the opportunity for you. As a Home Automation Engineer at Over IP Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in the research & development, and implementation of our advanced solutions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and development activities to enhance and innovate our home automation solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement smart home modules that align with our company's vision.
- Utilize your expertise in "home assistant," "Alexa Skills," and "raspberry pi" to create efficient, user-friendly automation modules.
- Manage remote installation projects, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of our solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions for both internal teams and external customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in smart home technologies, particularly "Home Assistant" and "Alexa Skills."
- Proficiency with "Raspberry Pi" and its integration into smart home setups.
- Proven track record in research and development, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of automation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee remote installation projects.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in a similar role in the smart home industry is highly advantageous.
